Request

I would like to request the supplier spend data for Police and Crime Commissioner for West Mercia.
Specifically, we are looking for supplier payment/ spend data for:
2021 – Apr, May, July to Dec.
2022 – Jan. Jul, Aug
2023 – May, Sep
2024 – Oct to Dec
2025
Payments to suppliers over £500 or over £25,000, depending on your publication thresholds, ideally in Excel or CSV format, if available.

Response: 

With reference to 2021 -2024 over £500 spend data, we are refusing your request in accordance with Section 21 of the FoI Act – Information accessible to applicant by other means. The West Mercia PCC information you have requested is available via the West Mercia Police website: Published items – 500 spend | West Mercia Police.

With reference to 2025 over £500 spend data, we are refusing this part of your request in accordance with Section 22 of the FoI Act – Information Intended for Future Publication. WMP will publish further monthly 2025 over £500 spend data on their website in due course.
