The Police and Crime Commissioner is seeking a high performing individual with the right drive, aspiration and experience to play a key role in supporting the leadership of his office as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
The successful candidate will support the Commissioner and the Chief Executive to ensure delivery of the Safer West Mercia Plan through a combination of high quality governance, strategic planning, effective scrutiny and meaningful partnership work. This will need to be combined with strong leadership and management to ensure activity within the Office of the PCC is co-ordinated and cohesive to generate the best possible results.
In return the role comes with a salary of circa £65,000, along with other attractive terms and conditions. Most importantly though, this role represents a key opportunity to make a real difference to communities in Worcestershire, Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Herefordshire.
