FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 – INFORMATION REQUEST

Request

This is a request for information about police stations and front counters that have been
opened or re-opened in the past ten years.

Please could you provide the number of police stations with front counters that have been
opened or re-opened since January 1, 2011.

The data should be broken down by the date when the front counter was opened, and
should include the address of the station.

If a police station is one that has been re-opened, could you please include the date it was
initially closed.

If the facility is a new police station or front counter, could you please provide the cost paid
for the facility.

Please note there have been no police stations within West Mercia Police that have
opened or re-opened since the 1st January 2011.

Complaints

If you think that the Police and Crime Commissioner has failed to supply information in accordance with the publication scheme, then you should write in the first instance, to the:

The PCC will aim to deal with your complaint within 10 working days. If you are dissatisfied with the response you can ask for the matter to be internally reviewed. Internal reviews will be completed promptly and a response given to you within 20 working days of your further request.
