Accounts

2020/21

The audit guidance and data collection template for the Whole of Government Accounts consolidation has still yet to be issued by central government and, as such, Grant Thornton UK LLP are unable to formally certify the closure of the audits until the requirements are made clear. This is a national issue and no 2020/21 local government audits have been certified as closed. Therefore the Notice of Conclusion of Audit required under Regulation 16(1) of The Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 cannot yet be published.
