Dear Sirs,

Period during the period of 01/03/2021 to 28/02/2022.

  1. How many of the complaints received by West Mercia Police Professional Standards
    Department were referred to your office for review?
  2. How many of the reviewed cases were settled in favour of the complainant.
  3. How many cases are still outstanding.

May I respectfully suggest that as the above information is a part of the Commissioner’s
Key Performance Indicators, the information I have requested should be easily accessible,
and as such perhaps you would be able to release it before the normal 20 days.

Complaints
