Hi,
I am currently running a survey about printing within public sector to get an understanding of the
attitudes towards print, the types of technology used, and also any trends in ownership of print. I
am making the following Freedom of Information Request to gather the relevant data.

  1. How many employees do you have?
  2. How many printers (A4, A3 single function or multi-function) do you have?
  3. How many print servers do you have?
  4. Do you use any print management software (Equitrac, SafeQ, PaperCut,
    PrinterLogic etc)?
  5. Who supplies your printers, software and servers?
  6. If so, which do you use?
  7. What is the job title of the person responsible for printers within your
    organization?

  1. Within the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner we have 62 employees.
  2. We have 2 printers.
  3. As the printers are centrally managed for the organisation as a whole, this office does not hold
    the information sought, please send your request for responses to this and questions 4 – 7 directly
    to [email protected] .

Complaints

If you think that the Police and Crime Commissioner has failed to supply information in accordance with the publication scheme, then you
should write in the first instance, to the:

Chief Executive, OPCC – West Mercia, Hindlip Hall, Worcester. WR3 8SP

The PCC will aim to deal with your complaint within 10 working days. If you are dissatisfied with the response you can ask for the matter to be internally reviewed. Internal reviews will be completed promptly and a response given to you within 20 working days of your further
request.

If, after the internal review, you remain dissatisfied, then you can complain to the Information Commissioner (Office of the Information
Commissioner), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF).
