FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 – INFORMATION REQUEST

I ask that the full Sancus report be made available to me as per my right as stated above
and via the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please see the below response to your request.

Your request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is refused. It is exempt from
disclosure under FOIA Section 40(1) and Section 40(4) – Personal Information. Which
states any information to which a request for information relates is exempt information if it
constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject.

The second condition is that by virtue of any provision of Part IV of the Data Protection Act
1998 the information is exempt from Section 7(1)(c) of that Act (data subject’s right of
access to personal data).

Complaints

If you think that the Police and Crime Commissioner has failed to supply information in accordance with the publication scheme, then you should write in the first instance, to the:

The PCC will aim to deal with your complaint within 10 working days. If you are dissatisfied with the response
you can ask for the matter to be internally reviewed. Internal reviews will be completed promptly and a response given to you within 20 working days of your further request.
