Covid-19

Current office arrangements

Due to national guidelines around COVID-19, the Police and Crime Commissioner’s office is currently working remotely. This is for the health and wellbeing of our staff and to support our emergency services.

As a consequence, we are unable to take phone calls to the OPCC office number.

If you have a matter you need to raise with the office, we would ask that you please send an email to opcc@westmercia.pnn.police.uk

You can also reach us via our social media platforms on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter – just search for West Mercia PCC. Both our emails and social media platforms are monitored throughout normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).

If your enquiry relates to an ongoing police complaint, please contact West Mercia Police’s Professional Standards Department directly.

As always, if you require police assistance please call 101, or if it is an emergency, dial 999.

Thank you for your understanding and patience at this challenging time.
