Publication of accounts

The Police and Crime Commissioner and Chief Constable are required by the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015, to publish their unaudited Statement of Accounts by the 31st May, and to include the first 10 working days of June in the public inspection period

In accordance with the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 as amended in 2022, notice is hereby given that the draft Statement of Accounts for the 2022/23 financial year of the Police and Crime Commissioner and of the Chief Constable has been delayed due to the resource allocation through the statement preparation period.

It is anticipated that the unaudited accounts will be signed by the 9 June and published soon after, to start the public inspection period.

Any queries regarding the delays in publication please contact Paul Benfield, Treasurer for the OPCC via email [email protected]
