Community Ambassador


Each council area in the West Mercia force area has its own dedicated Community Ambassador who represents the Commissioner. These four individuals act as additional ‘eyes and ears’ for John and ensure community concerns and issues are fed back and dealt with accordingly.

Community Safety Partnership

The Safer Telford & Wrekin Partnership is the local Community Safety Partnership. It is a partnership between agencies in Telford & Wrekin that work together to reduce and tackle crime and anti-social behaviour.

There are a number of partners that work together, including Telford & Wrekin Council, West Mercia Police, probation, Primary Care Trust, Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service, as well as many more.
