I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act as follows:
- The total staffing budget for your PCC’s private office and political staff.
- The total number of staff employed in your PCC’s private or political office.
- The salary banding of those staff.
- The declarable interests of those staff.

Response:
Your request is exempt from disclosure under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act: Information which is accessible to the applicant by other means.
The information you have requested is all available in the public domain, via the PCC’s website. Some elements may be accessible via annual budget reports or statements of accounts. Other elements are simply available on their own pages on the PCC website.
Please also note, declarable interests of staff which are publicly disclosable are already published, namely the PCC and Deputy PCC roles and their published declarations of interests. The declarable interests of other PCC staff are exempt from FOI as they constitute personal information.
