Committed to giving communities a voice in policing, Police and Crime Commissioner John Campion is hosting a drop-in event in Telford.

The PCC’s latest Community Conversation, following success across other parts of West Mercia, is a chance for residents in Oakengates to discuss their policing concerns.

Drop-in anytime between 6pm and 8pm on Tuesday 27 February to speak to your PCC, local officers and We Don’t Buy crime team to voice your views. They will be at Telford Theatre in Oakengates, TF2 6EP for two hours to hear your concerns and offer crime prevention advice.

PCC John Campion said: “As the voice of the public in policing, I want to give the community a chance to have their voice heard to make real change. Previous Community Conversations have demonstrated the power communities can have to make real change in local policing.

“I am keen to hear from residents in Oakengates and the surrounding area about their policing concerns and experiences as I continue to focus on building a safer West Mercia.”
