Chief Executive and Monitoring Officer: Andy Champness
It is Andy’s responsibility to lead John Campion’s office and it’s function. He ensures that the Commissioners work is delivered as effectively and efficiently as possible, and is compliant with all the necessary laws and regulations. His post is a statutory requirement by law.
Assistant Chief Executive: Gareth Boulton
Gareth deputises for and supports the Chief Executive in ensuring key PCC functions are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in line with statutory requirements.
Strategic Estates Manager: Chris O’Hara
Chris oversees West Mercia’s property assets on behalf of the West Mercia Police Crime Commissioner

The personal assistants manage John and Tracey’s public engagements as well correspondence with the public and partners.

The Communications and Engagement team manage John Campion’s relationship with communities through online engagement, social media and relationships with the local media. They also coordinate Community Ambassadors, who represent John across the West Mercia force area.
