John Campion’s team is made up of Police and Crime Commissioner John Campion, Deputy PCC Tracey Onslow and staff in the following departments.

Chief Executive and Monitoring Officer: Andy Champness
It is Andy’s responsibility to lead John Campion’s office and it’s function. He ensures that the Commissioners work is delivered as effectively and efficiently as possible, and is compliant with all the necessary laws and regulations. His post is a statutory requirement by law.
Strategic Estates Manager: Rob Kindon
Rob oversees the Alliance property assets on behalf of the West Mercia Police Crime Commissioner and the Warwickshire Police and Crime Commissioner
Staff Officer: Sue Farrell
The staff officer is the liaison between West Mercia Police and John Campion’s Office.

The Treasurer and the Head of Finance work on behalf of both the West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner and the Warwickshire Police and Crime Commissioner. The finance team manage the budget for both PCC’s, which includes the budget for the West Mercia and Warwickshire policing alliance.
The Policy Officer monitors performance within the force and ensures the police complaints procedure is adhered to. The ICV Administrator coordinates the Independent Custody Visitor volunteer scheme.

The Commissioning Team organise and oversee grants for a range of partners. They ensure that services are joined up, efficient and effective.
Communications and Engagement

Engagement Officers: Lizi Piggins and Sarah-Jane Morgan
The Communications and Engagement team manage John Campion’s relationship with communities through online engagement, social media and relationships with the local media. They also coordinate Community Ambassadors, who represent John across the West Mercia force area.
